E.Fleet

E. Fleet offers in addition to a precise map display of the current locations for all vehicles of a fleet, also the option of a mobile order management via a personal navigation device (PND) and driver's assessment based on data from the CAN bus/FMS.

The module "Track & Trace" – as the base of this system – allows the display of geographic positions of a vehicle with the help of the satellites of the Global Positioning System (GPS). A vehicle box evaluates the received signals and sends them to a central server where the data is stored. At the dispatchers screen, the position data of the vehicles is displayed on a geographical map.
The use of E. Fleet - a web based solution - is possible from any PC with internet connection provided the user has personal access data. No special software has to be installed on the PC.

Orders or order changes can be allocated to a driver in real time via the module "Order & Guide". Moreover, messages can be exchanged between driver and dispatcher, and working hours can be recorded via driver data entry through the navigation system (PND).

The module "Eco" provides the dispatcher with information on fuel consumption, the engine speed, clutch and brake applications, the accelerator pedal position and fuel level etc. via the FMS protocol as the basis for the evaluation of the driver.
