Adding vehicles manually (Fleet Manager or Administrator role)

This function is intended only for vehicles with analog tachographs.

 

  1. Select 'Management/Vehicles/Add vehicles manually'.
  2. Enter the required data. Any further required mandatory fields are marked (*). Furthermore you can allocate the vehicle to a fleet.
  3. Selecting 'Save' confirms the addition of a new vehicle.
  4. The added drivers can be displayed and changed under 'Management/Driver' after submitting and confirming the search criteria.

Registration of vehicles

The registration of vehicles is only necessary for vehicles using the analog tachograph. For vehicles without the analog tachograph this is not necessary because this happens automatically when uploading the vehicle data (mass data).
