Driver fleet allocation
Under 'Management/Fleet/Driver fleet allocation' you can, as an administrator, allocate all drivers of the current fleet to the fleet manager. Therefore only the allocated drivers are displayed under 'Drivers/Report request'. A fleet manager can only allocate drivers for his fleet. You can also change the allocation under 'Management/Drivers/Edit driver'.
