Activation after your registration (Administrator role)

Without activation your username and password will not work.

  1. As soon as you have registered in het online portal for using BASIC, you will receive a conformation e-mail. This e-mail contains an activation link. Clicking this link will direct you to a web page, which shows your account is activated. The activation link can only be used once.
  2. We advise you to save the confirmation e-mail and secure your user name and password. You will need this when you forget your password (the function forgot password).
  3. Start the application in the online portal and insert your client number, user name and password. You are now registered and logged in as administrator automatically.

Warum kann ich mich nach der Registrierung nicht in das Webportal einloggen?

  1. Sie müssen sich auf der Webseite registrieren.
  2. Sie bekommen von uns nach Ihrer Registrierung eine Aktivierungsmail mit einem Aktivierungslink. Klicken Sie diesen an, um Ihr Konto zu aktivieren.
    Lesen Sie dazu auch unter dem Menüpunkt der Produkthilfe "Einrichten/Aktivierung".
