Fleet and vehicle overview

In the fleet and vehicle overview, all the fleets and vehicles that are assigned to an user are shown in a list. The user can select a fleet in a drop-down menu in the top menu bar. The vehicles that belong to this fleet are shown in a list.
Top menu: selection of the fleet
List:
- vehicle registration
- current driver of the vehicle
- status and number of warnings and infringements
- current activity
- time of the next break
- remaining daily driving time for driver and passenger
Bottom bar: time the data was last updated
By clicking on an entry in the list, it is possible to request detailed information for a particular vehicle.
Vehicle information

This list shows all available information about the selected vehicle:
Upper bar: vehicle registration
List:
- name of the driver and passenger
- registration, make, model, feature
- time of the next break and minimum time of the break
- remaining daily driving time for the driver and passenger
- remaining weekly driving time for driver and passenger
- warnings and infringements
- trip meter and mileage
- last known position
- speed
Bottom bar: time the data was last updated
By clicking on an entry in the list, a new page will pop up displaying detailed information about the warnings and infringements that have occurred. This also applies for the last know position. The button [Back] takes you back to the fleet and vehicle list.
Displaying warnings and infringements

This page lists all warnings and infringements of the selected vehicle. The vehicle's registration is shown in the top menu bar.
The messages are displayed with a symbol, description and time.
The bottom bar shows the time the data was last updated.
The button [Back] takes you back to the vehicle information screen.
Displaying the vehicle's location

This screen shows the last known position of the selected vehicle on a map. The top menu bar shows the vehicle's registration. The bottom bar shows the time the data was last updated.
The button [Back] takes you back to the vehicle information screen.
Refreshing vehicle list
The list of vehicles is refreshed automatically every minute. Updating can also be done manually in the fleet and vehicle list with the button [Update] (top right corner).
Delete an user
With the delete function, the currently used user profile will be deactivated and removed. This function can be used at the profile page, press the button [Menu] on the fleet or vehicle page to go to the profile page.
With [Cancel] you will return to the fleet or vehicle list. With the button [Delete], the current user will be logged out and the profile will be removed. Subsequently, a new login is possible.
