Social reports

With this report you are able to check the driving times and resting periods as well as the driving interruptions according to regulation (EC) Nr. 561/2006. 

  1. Go to 'Drivers/Social report request'.
  2. Select the period and the drivers for the report.
  3. Click 'Social report' and you get an overview of the infringements in the selected period.
  4. To get a detailed overview, select 'Export to PDF' (button on the bottom of the page).

Which reports are available?

There are reports of all activities of drivers and vehicles created from the uploaded files within chosen time periods and with daily sums. Additionally there are driver reports (social reports) which give information on if the drivers comply with the regulations according to regulation EC no. 561/2006 of EU.

Why do I have to deal with social reports?

Since 11.04.2007 the regulation EC 561/2006 of EU became effective. The transportation enterprisers have to actively control if their drivers strictly comply with the driving and resting periods. You have to attest this in written form. The social report makes it possible for you to do this in a simple way. You can remind your drivers with appropriate advice in the report, and with a signature in the report you carry out your duty of control.

Wieso habe ich einen Ruhezeitenverstoß in meinem Sozialreport?

Es gibt für Einzelfahrer zwei Maximal-Varianten am Tag, um die Ruhezeiten gestalten zu können.

  1. Fahren 4,5h > Pause 45 min. > Fahren 4,5h
  2. Fahren 2h > Pause 15 min > Fahren 2,5h > Pause 30 min. > Fahren 4,5h

In the application the following notifications of the regulation (EC)Nr. 561/2006 are presently considered:

EG-VO 561/2006 7 One driving period may be max 4.5 hours. Driving period (DP) exceeded.
EG-VO 561/2006 8.2 Within 24 hours after the end of the preceding daily or weekly resting period the driver must take a new daily resting period. Daily resting period (RD) not within 24 hrs.
EG-VO 561/2006 8.2 In this week already 3 reduced daily resting periods were taken. Now follows another resting period that is between 9 and 11 hours. Then this resting period is considered as a regular daily resting period that is actually too short. Regular daily resting period (RD) exceeded.
EG-VO 561/2006 8.4 Within two weekly resting periods the driver may only have max 3 reduced daily resting periods. More than three reduced daily resting periods (RD-) between two weekly resting periods.
EG-VO 561/2006 8.6 A weekly resting period starts at the latest at the end of six 24 hours periods after the end of a preceding weekly resting period. Weekly resting period (RW) only after the end of six 24 hours periods. Weekly resting period (RW) not after six 24 hours periods.
EG-VO 561/2006 8.6 The extended weekly working time may not exceed more than 60 hours.  
RL 2002/15/EG 4.a Extended weekly working time exceeded.
