Data file overview and report
Under 'Drivers/Data file overview' you can read and download the uploaded driver data, after selecting and confirming the search criteria.
Under 'Drivers/Report request' you can read specific reports, after selecting and confirming the search criteria. In these reports only the drivers who are assigned to the fleet of the fleet manager are shown.
Under 'Vehicles/Data file overview' you can read and download the uploaded driver data, after selecting and confirming the search criteria.

All reports can be downloaded in PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader) or CSV format (Excel). To view the reports in PDF you have to download and install Acrobat Reader.

Which reports are available?

There are reports of all activities of drivers and vehicles created from the uploaded files within chosen time periods and with daily sums. Additionally there are driver reports (social reports) which give information on if the drivers comply with the regulations according to regulation EC no. 561/2006 of EU.

Does the software provide graphical reports?

Currently there are no graphical reports. If required they will be offered in future releases.

Can I import my data in Excel?

Yes it's possible to export the reports in the csv format which can then be opened and processed in Excel.

How long will the data be archieved?

The data is stored for a time period of 24 months. After this it gets deleted monthly.

Das ist derzeit nicht vorgesehen. Bei entsprechendem Bedarf können Sie die Dateien über die Dateiübersicht rechtzeitig herunterladen und woanders sichern.

How can I provide my data to the authorities?

You select in the menu "vehicles" or "driver" and then "file overview". There you select the driver or the vehicle and the period for when the authorities requested the data. Then you select the data sets which cover this period and download the data to your computer. This data set you can send via USB device or on other storing devices to the authorities.

Warum wechseln die Fahrer-Aktivitäten so oft?

Grundsätzlich wurden die Daten vom Tachographen so aufgezeichnet. Das häufige Wechseln der Aktivitäten ist normal und geschieht bei digitalen Tachographen größtenteils automatisiert. Beim Anfahren stellt sich das Gerät beispielsweise automatisch auf Lenken, beim Halten meist auf Arbeitszeit. Ist der von der Automatik eingestellte Zeittyp nicht der richtige, muss das vom Fahrer korrigiert werden. Für Übersicht sorgt hier der PDF-Sozialreport, der die ganzen Einzelaktivitäten summiert und filtert. Fahrzeitunterbrechungen unter 15 min werden nach EU VO 561/2006 ohnehin nie als Pause gewertet.
