Welche Zahlungsarten stehen zur Verfügung?

Die folgenden Zahlungsarten sind zur Nutzung des Webportals gültig:

• VISA Card (europaweit)
• MasterCard (europaweit)
• Carte Bleue / E-Karte Bleue (Frankreich)
• Laser Card (Irland)
• ELV - Elektronisches Lastschriftverfahren - von einem deutschen Konto (Deutschland)
• Einzelbankeinzug ohne Unterschrift (Niederlande)

What do I have to pay for the software?

The usage of this service costs € 4  for E.Novation customers per vehicle per month, but only for the period for which you really upload the data. You do not have to register or unregister the vehicle in a special way. The usage for your drivers or other employees in administration is free of charge. There are no additional licence costs for usage of the software.

What is the length of the minimum contract period for BASIC?

There is no minimum contract period. You can quit the usage whenever you want. You can still have access to your data for 24 month afterwards any time you need it.

Do I have to pay a monthly basic charge for BASIC?

No, there is no monthly basic charge. You only pay for uploaded vehicle data. (Read: What do I have to pay for the software?)

Wo kann ich mich anmelden?

Sie können sich auf der Webseite registrieren und erhalten dann Zugangsdaten, mit denen Sie sich anmelden können. Bitte beachten Sie die entsprechenden Nutzungsbedingungen.

Warum kann ich mich nach der Registrierung nicht in das Webportal einloggen?

1. Sie müssen sich auf der Webseite registrieren.
2. Sie bekommen von uns nach Ihrer Registrierung eine Aktivierungsmail mit einem Aktivierungslink. Klicken Sie diesen an, um Ihr Konto zu aktivieren.
   Lesen Sie dazu auch unter dem Menüpunkt der Produkthilfe "Einrichten/Aktivierung".

 

 

What if I forget my password?

In the case of a forgotten password you can send a new password to yourself using the start page of the webportal with the function "Forgotten password". You have to enter the user ID, the user name and the email address.

I forgot my username?

In the case of a forgotten user name please try a combination of the first letter of your first name and the complete surname. In case this combination delivers a user name below 8 letters you have to contact our support center.
Example name: Frank Fiedeler = user name: FFiedeler

How do I change my password as an Administrator.

1. Please select the "Management/User". Using the icon on the right side you can "edit" the chosen user.
2. At "user reference" it is possible to change the password.
3. With "Save" you confirm the change.

How do I change the password as a Fleet Manager.

1. At "Management/User" prompt you get your user profile. Here it is possible to change the password.
2. With "Save" you confirm the change.
